our art history professor gets the struggle

  • Professor: I think from now on you'll start to notice how often in historical movies everyone from Europe is portrayed with a British accent when that is simply not the case--
  • Me: LIKE IN THE ROAD TO EL DORADO
  • Professor: Oh?
  • Me: YEAH. THE TWO MAIN CHARACTERS WERE FROM SPAIN BUT THEY WERE TOTALLY THESE WHITE DUDES WITH BRITISH ACCENTS. GOD, SORRY, IT JUST REALLY BOTHERS ME.
  • Professor: No, don't apologize. You're right to get angry. Everyone needs to get angry!
  • Me & Raveyrai: *glance at each other and slowly nod* We picked the right Professor
